Generally, the terms of our Credit Agreement would apply and any additional time used would be billed to the user at our normal rates. Redeem your gift certificate by making an appointment for our services, letting us know that you have a gift certificate, and at the time services are rendered, giving it to the person who provides the services. (Unless you request to be invoiced through PayPal, or wish to use a credit card for any remaining balance, you will not need to have a PayPal account to redeem your certificate, nor will you go through a shopping cart system.)
