Rates and Terms Effective April 1, 2010. Ad Hoc
Rates: $125 per hour. All customers may purchase discounted retainer hours.

Credit Agreement All new customers, returning customers with more than 12 months since our last services, and previous customers who have not complied with terms of services, must sign a simple two-page Credit Agreement prior to services being rendered. The Credit Agreement includes the customer's authorization for us to charge their credit card for time, services, and products rendered if payment is not received as prescribed by the Credit Agreement or other written agreement. Customers need to sign a simple two-page Credit Agreement to receive this discount.
Standard Hours: Standard Rates apply to work performed Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Central Zone. Extended Hours: Services provided weekdays after 6:00 p.m. or before 8:00 a.m., and anytime weekends or holidays, are charged at one-and-one-half times the applicable rate. Time Calculation: After the initial minimum time charge is met, additional time is rounded to the nearest quarter hour. Travel Charges apply only outside Chicago city limits. Mileage charges are based on current IRS mileage reimbursement rates, or actual cost of travel, if using transportation other than our cars. Time is also charged for both directions of travel outside the Chicago of Chicago. If tolls and parking fees are incurred, they will be billed to the customer. Rates and Terms Subject to Change: All rates not bound by a signed Service or Project Agreement are subject to change without notice. Any signed agreements may include prices and terms different from those stated above. *The term “business” includes nonprofit, for-profit, governmental, and non-governmental religious, political, and education organizations with five or more computers. The higher rates reflect the complexity of the computing environment and the increased technical skills needed to solve problems. We reserve the right at our discretion to apply the business pricing to a site with very complex or demanding computing uses even if there are fewer than five computers. **The term “Remote Support” includes remote device observation, inspection, control, configuring, and monitoring; writing or procuring quotes, research documents, or other reports; reading logs, manuals, and other reference materials; and writing scripts, code, and Web site development.
