On-Demand Rates:

$130/hour for
Project Leader, Developer, Tech Coordinator, or Consultant

$80/hour for
Tech Assistant

or

Fixed Fee Annual Managed Services

 


Minimum Charges

  • One-hour minimum charge within Hyde Park neighborhood
  • One and half hour minimum charge within “Loop”, 60601-07 zip codes
  • Two hour minimum charge within the rest of the City of Chicago
  • Six hour minimum charge outside City of Chicago.
  • Quarter hour minimum charged, if more than six minutes, for support via phone, email, or any other Remote Support*.
  • After any minimum time is met, all additional time prorated by quarter hour.

Credit Agreement:

All new customers, returning customers with more than 12 months since our last services, and previous customers who have not complied with terms of services, must sign a Credit Agreement prior to services being rendered. The Credit Agreement includes the customer’s authorization for us to charge their credit card for time, services, and products rendered if payment is not received as prescribed by the Credit Agreement or other written agreement.

Standard Hours

Above quoted on-demand rates apply to work performed Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Central Zone.

Extended Hours

Services provided weekdays after 6:00 p.m. or before 8:00 a.m., and anytime weekends or on national holidays, are charged at one-and-one-half times the applicable rate.


Travel Charges

Apply only outside Chicago city limits. Mileage charges are based on current IRS mileage reimbursement rates, or actual cost of travel, if using transportation other than our cars. Time is also charged for both directions of travel outside the Chicago of Chicago. If tolls and parking fees are incurred, they will be billed to the customer. Mileage distance is determined using Google’s “Get Directions” Map calculation for its “Suggested Route” via car.

Rates and Terms Subject to Change

All rates not bound by a signed Service or Project Agreement are subject to change without notice. Any signed agreements may include prices and terms different from those stated above.

*The term “Remote Support” includes remote device observation, inspection, control, configuring, and monitoring; writing or procuring quotes, research documents, or other reports; reading logs, manuals, and other reference materials; and writing scripts, code, and Web site development.
