Monthly Fee Per Apple Computer: $50/month* 

OR, 

$25/month*, plus hourly charges for all work at 50% off hourly rates. 

 

Baseline Pricing Guides and Stipulations

1. All Apple computers at site must be included in agreement.
2. Virtual computers billed normal monthly computer charges.
3. Apple servers are charged four times the monthly charge of a workstation.
4. 15% surcharge, if more than 50% of the computers are older than 3 years old.
5. Price is for services only—not hardware, software, or third-party services.
6. Additional computers added to site, they will be added to this agreement.
7. Windows based computers charged 25% more than Apple computers.

Monthly Payments
Sites with more than three computers may make monthly payments. 5% service fee for monthly payment. All monthly payments are due in advance. Payments more than 10 days late will incur a 1.5% service fee.

*If annual contract is terminated before end date, a termination fee equal to the remaining months of monthly per computer charges is due, prior to effective date of early termination.
