We begin by attempting to hear your needs. We train ourselves to be competent and then train some more. We prepare for what our customers will need in the future. When problems arise that are outside our level of effectiveness, we seek  specialists for our customers. We find customers with whom we are a good match.

Fixed Price Agreement Customers get extra care. To make sure that we remain responsive to our Fixed Price Agreement customers’ needs, we meet throughout the year and, if necessary, revise or adjust the scope of the services that we provide and the prices we charge in light of our mutual experience. In our Fixed Price Agreement, our customers agree to participate in our in-house quality review performed by another Apple Consultant Network member at our cost.

Our Fixed Price Agreement provides for either party to terminate the agreement at any time, for any reason, with only 10 days written notice to the other party.

However, if you are not completely satisfied with the services performed by Wooded Isle Computer Consultants and notify us of that fact within ten days of our rendering the service, we guarantee that we will, at your option, either refund the price, or accept a portion of said price that reflects your level of satisfaction.
